2. Serviceable locations

We currently ship physical products within India to the pin codes supported by our courier partners.​
If your delivery location is not serviceable or faces restrictions, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a cancellation and refund where applicable.​

3. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within a specified number of business days after successful payment (for example, 2–4 working days; update with your actual time).​
Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by incomplete information, address issues, or factors beyond our control.​

4. Shipping and delivery timelines

Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our courier or logistics partners for delivery.​
Estimated delivery time after dispatch usually ranges between a certain number of working days (for example, 3–7 working days) depending on your location, courier service, and external conditions such as holidays, strikes, or regional disruptions.​

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.​
We may offer free or discounted shipping above a certain order value or as part of promotional campaigns; such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product pages when active.​

6. Order tracking

7. Delivery attempts and undelivered packages

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.​
If delivery is not successful due to reasons such as incorrect or incomplete address, recipient not available, or phone not reachable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us. Additional delivery attempts or address changes may attract extra charges, which may be borne by the customer.​

8. Damaged, tampered, or missing items

If the outer package appears severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, you are advised to refuse the delivery or accept it only after taking photographs and making a remark with the delivery person.​
If you find that items inside the package are damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within a specified period from delivery (for example, 48 hours–3 days) with your order ID, photos, and details of the issue, so we can review and assist in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.​

9. Incorrect address and customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.​
We are not liable for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses, wrong contact numbers, or recipient unavailability.​

While we work with reputed logistics partners and aim to ensure timely deliveries, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier network issues, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory checks.​
In such situations, estimated delivery timelines may be extended, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed where possible, but such delays do not, by themselves, qualify for compensation.​

At present, we do not ship products outside India.​
